Agreement to Terms
Welcome to ValueGuard Germantown Fencing. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
Our Services
ValueGuard Germantown Fencing provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Germantown, MD and surrounding areas. Our services include wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions.
All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We provide free estimates and will discuss project details, timelines, and pricing before any work begins.
Estimates and Pricing
We offer free, no-obligation estimates for all fence projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, or changes to project scope.
All prices quoted are in US dollars. Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Project Timeline and Scheduling
We will provide an estimated timeline for your project before work begins. Actual completion times may vary due to weather conditions, material delays, or unforeseen site conditions.
If you need to reschedule your project, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees.
Property Access and Preparation
You agree to provide clear access to the work area. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and ensuring our crew can safely access the installation site.
It is your responsibility to identify and mark any underground utilities before work begins. We recommend contacting Miss Utility at 811 at least 48 hours before your scheduled installation date.
Permits and HOA Approval
You are responsible for obtaining any required permits and homeowner association approvals before work begins. We can provide guidance on local requirements, but final approval is the property owner's responsibility.
Work cannot begin until all necessary permits and approvals are in place. Delays due to permit issues may affect project scheduling.
Warranty
We stand behind our work with a one-year warranty on labor. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. We will provide warranty information for all materials used in your project.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather events, accidents, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others.
Limitation of Liability
ValueGuard Germantown Fencing is not liable for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried infrastructure that was not properly marked before work began.
We carry liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. However, our liability is limited to the value of the work performed.
Disputes and Resolution
If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled through mediation in Montgomery County, Maryland.
